Kathleen has been covering Schenectady since May 2005. Prior to that, she covered Rotterdam, Duanesburg, Princetown and their associated school districts for The Gazette. She began her career at the Spotlight Newspapers in 2001 after graduating from the University of Maine at Farmington. She is a native of Glenville but is now enjoying an apartment on a tree-lined street in Schenectady.
