It is in my opinion that Eric Ely and some members of the school board should have some personal liability in the Raucci case also.

I agree with cfield, even at Col. Sander's place someone is responsible for the chickens, even after they lose their heads.
Ultimately, Col. Sander's name is still on the sign, so he takes the loss.
The same applies to the City and the school district.

It should be payback time for ALL those responsible. Let's have some accountability

Raucci's pension should be refunded back to state to pay for his incarceration so taxpayers don't have to pay for that and his padded retirement.

The time has come for change. Accountability in all matters of public employment needs to addressed. There must be personal liability in all illegal matters with everyone who works in the public sector!!

Raucci admittedly was paid for time he didn't work. That money should come back to the district and the taxpayers. At the same time, the State Comptroller should reduce Raucci's pension by the amount based on those payments. He isn't entitled to a pension based on time and salary he didn't really work for. The problem is that nobody has the b...s to actually pursue it.

And the big Boss, Ely, the mastermind who controlled him. We paid him off, for what, so he can continue in this profession. Ely could of stopped this and chose not too. Got a sympathetic school board to cut a deal and gag order to boot. The guy should be in jail as Raucci's cell mate. Definitely cfield....Accountability all the way down from Ely, Raucci, School Board Pres. and board who were responsible.
