The Johnstown boys’ soccer team may not want the calendar to turn to November. The Sir Bills pulled off the biggest upset in the Section II boys’ tournament brackets Saturday, ousting top-seeded and unbeaten defending champion Tamarac, 2-1, in a Class B quarterfinal....
