— A Stillwater teenager already facing a burglary charge has now been accused of firing a BB gun into a crowd outside a convenience store, town police said.

Police said, Tyler Mosier, 16, fired a BB rifle into a crowd outside the Mobil Mart on hudson Avenue on Tuesday, hitting a 15-year-old boy in the back of the head. The victim declined medical attention and was picked up by a parent, police said.

Mosier was located on a porch across the street from the store, police said, and was found with the BB rifle, two marijuana bongs and a pint of rum.

Mosier was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of marijuana and was sent to the Saratoga County jail on $5,000 bail.

Police said Mosier was just released on bail last week after being charged with burglary. That charge is still pending in Town Court, police said.
